Crowns

Each procedure is tailored to each individual patient because no two cases are the same as no two people are the same. That’s why we take the time to provide all the details about each case and procedure.

A dental “crown” is a tooth shaped cap that covers the top of a natural tooth. It is used to restore strength, durability, and appearance in the case that the natural tooth has become partially damaged or decayed. In some cases, these artificial caps are use for cosmetic reasons to improve the appearance of stained or oddly shaped teeth. Crowns can be made from porcelain (a ceramic-like material), which looks natural, or metal alloys like gold or palladium, which have a more metallic look. There are also BruxZir crowns, which are fabricated from zirconia.
